Yorkon is committed to providing you with an accommodation service that extends far beyond simply meeting your expectations. We aim to provide you with complete confidence in our products and services, with our promise that your project will be completed on time and on budget.

As part of our commitment to customer service excellence, we promise that if we fail to deliver your building on time or to the agreed contract sum, you will be entitled to an additional 12 months' product warranty on your building.*

The Yorkon Customer Charter

Our Customers can expect:

• The building to be available for occupation on time.
• The building to be provided to the agreed contract sum.
• A service response within 24 hours from our Customer Services Team.
• To have telephone calls answered within four 'rings' by a Yorkon representative.
• A response by one of our staff within 24 hours of their initial enquiry.
• An initial project proposal within a mutually agreed time scale.
• To deal with 'real' people - not an automated call centre.
• To be included in a customer care programme.
• To receive a 5-year product warranty.
• To receive a 20-year structural warranty.
• The building to have BBA certification.
• LPCB certification –Yorkon is the first modular building manufacturer to ensure minimal fire spread with LPCB certification.

Our customer care programme includes:

• A customer service interview after the building has been placed.
• Regular mailings – giving you the very latest developments in the modular building industry.
• Regular communication at predefined intervals.
• Access to our after sales team for any service issues or to discuss further development of your building needs.

From office procedures right through to the zero tolerance manufacturing process, Yorkon has earned the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management systems standard.

BBA approval – Giving you outstanding quality assurance

Under British Board of Agrément assessment, Yorkon buildings undergo rigorous structural tests – giving you the assurance that our buildings provide outstanding performance.

Independent BBA certification confirms that:

• The steel structure will provide you with a minimum life of 60 years.
• External envelope and internal finishes give you a design life of up to 60 years.

Plus, BBA, LPCB certification and Local Authority Building Control LANTAC approval confirm compliance with the relevant Building Regulations and Building Standards.
