The New High Performance Floor Option from Yorkon
Following a two-year development and testing programme, Yorkon has introduced a new high performance concrete floor option for modular buildings with areas of high footfall and heavy point loading.
With a point loading of 7kN and a UDL of 9kN/m2, the new option is the highest performing floor for a modular building, and is fully installed in the factory, with all the benefits of off-site construction.
