BBA (British Board of Agrément)

The BBA provides authoritative, independent information on the performance of building products. Under BBA assessment, Yorkon buildings undergo rigorous structural tests – giving you the assurance that they provide outstanding performance.

Independent BBA certification confirms that:

• The steel structure will provide you with a minimum life of 60 years.
• External envelope and internal finishes give you a design life of up to 60 years.

LABC approval confirms compliance with the relevant Building Regulations and Building Standards.

LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board)

The Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) is part of BRE Certification, the UK's leading centre for construction and fire expertise, providing consultancy and information services to customers worldwide.
